With FDA approval of the Pfizer vaccine (and subsequent approval of others), I think vaccination will become required in healthcare. Right now, about 20% of healthcare workers are not vaccinated, for whatever reason.

Some blogs and websites are predicting a massive collapse of healthcare as these workers quit their jobs when forced to vaccinate. My prediction? Ain't gonna happen.

    What say you?

If the old people quit, get some new people.

New people are cheaper than old people.

Quitting your job and completely changing your career is a bit like emigrating to Canada when somebody you don't like becomes president. A lot more difficult than it sounds online.

(I emigrated to Canada when Tony Blair was elected, but it was pure coincidence, I swear!)

          I was only joking

Some will I am sure. But not the majority. Paying your mortgage > sticking to principle.

              15% get the shot, 5% quit/fired…

Still, 5% means you will have a lot of new faces working at your local chiropractic acupuncture office…

I'm curious to see if we lose anybody I know over our company's mandate. They have 6 more weeks to comply or walk.

                Education is extremely important.
