    “Cry havoc and let slip the DOGE of war!”

    Those who cheered as J-6 American prisoners were locked in solitary for 18 months without trial, now suddenly fight tooth and nail for foreign terrorists’ "due process". — Buck Sexton

        Whether one agrees with him or not, Lord Black of Crossharbour writes very well and most certainly does not pull any punches. I suspect he is on to something with this one. It does ring true in many aspects.

          Lord Black: "The United States could certainly tell the Taliban government of Afghanistan that if all those whom the Western powers wished to evacuate were not allowed to leave it would be an act of war. If there were the will to act on that ultimatum, it would be successful."

          And hot. Very hot.

            So the last twenty years the US and the Western powers had not been acting against ”act of war“ in Afghanistan?

            If we (the US and the Western powers) had not the will to carry through with that ”act of war“ stuff in the last twenty years, what makes Lord Black think it will different this time?

              @axtremus

              Read what Black wrote, "If there were the will to act on that ultimatum, it would be successful."

              That's a big "if" in this day and age. I doubt if there are any politicians in the G7 that would "act" and Black very well knows that.
