Good question.

I know there is some work being done with one pilot helping direct several unmanned planes at the point of attack. That may be the only people left in the cockpit.

No. Whether there will be a place for a personned fighter with a person identifying as a homosapien, or possibly identifying as some other sentient form of life, is a better question.
