Probably one of the best-vaccinated countries on the planet (last time I looked, only Canada was higher), Israel is seeing a spike, not only in cases, but also in deaths.

That's really interesting. I know that even though they have a high vaccination rate, they still have many people that aren't vaccinated. Wonder if the unvaccinated are driving the death rate?

Wonder how good the Indian numbers are?

The charts are showing Vaccinated vs Unvaccinated. Now I would guess the majority of the vaccinated in that age group have received the booster and there's a nice rounding to the curve, there, but I'm not seeing anything that specifically relates to the booster? The R has dropped for both groups significantly and we should expect to see a corresponding curving for the unvaccinated as well, no?

The specific reference to the above 60’s s because they (me) started getting boosters about two weeks ago and at that moment the above 60 curve which was lower but parallel to the non vax curve started bending down.

Now boosters are being offered to anyone above 40 and I think they are going to open it to everyone within a short time, because the past two weeks have shown the R and the numbers flattening for the groups getting boosters.

I know that Israel had a high rate of vaccination early. Couple of questions...

                  1. What's been the timeframe between the initial shots and the first boosters?
                  2. Have their been any studies on antibody levels and have they shown any apparent correlation between x amount of antibodies and infection increase?

Speaking of Israel, I watched Cast a Giant Shadow last night, a very weak script, even for 1966. And what was Frank Sinatra doing in this movie?

Yes. Most breakthroughs were people vaccinated earlier with lower levels of antibodies.

To be more efficient in boosters, wonder if we should routinely do antibody testing?
