Question - how do they know it is at its weakest point in 1,000 years? Lot of supposition there. May be evidence that leads them to believe but we have no real proof of that.

I'm sure they'd be happy to move to warmer climes - how do you feel about getting a bunch of English neighbours? You could learn about decent beer and proper whisky!
