Never tried to raise goats. Neither did any of the family. They do produce a good bit of milk and meat for the feed you put in them, but they're hell on fences, will die at the drop of a hat, are aggravating to skin out and they can have birthing problems in some breeds.

The same guy gets transferred to another foreign legion base.
Once there, he asks a guy 'what day do the camels come'?
Guy says 'Thursday'.
Thursday comes, he sees camels coming in towards the base and runs there as fast as he can, picking out his favorite and hopping to it.
His buddy says 'No, no no! The camels take us in to town to where the girls are!'
