Bought a Macbook from Best Buy 5/7, promised delivery 5/9. On 5/8 it was scanned in by UPS. On 5/9 got word that it would be delayed until 5/11. Since the 5/8 there is no activity on the tracking number. UPS has nothing but a virtual assistant and Best Buy will not talk to me because they say my daughter, whose name is on the ship to, is the bill to. Which she is not. It is on my credit card.
I've put in a dispute with PayPal, but I think I will go straight to the credit card company.

Nah. I'm just disputing the charge, When they get the money taken back they will act.
