I had never heard of the show "Leverage."

Apparently there's a followup series called "Leverage: Redemption." The premise is a quartet of crooks - grifter, hacker, robber and muscle - goes out to "get the bad guys" through trickery, intimidation, etc.

It came across my Amazon stuff yesterday. So, not being able to sleep last night at midnight, I popped it up on my iPad and watched the first episode.

Not bad, but very, very popcorn. If you liked "Burn Notice" you might find this fun. Not sure I'll continue (each episode stands alone, from what I gather, so there's no commitment to a huge story arc), but it might be good for an hour's mindless entertainment.

Reminds me of the BBC series Hustle, which was fun.

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

I never eat popcorn while watching TV because I've never been a big fan of popcorn.

I do like watching TV, however.
