All that Vitamin C can take a toll

I knew stones were a risk but I figured if it helped prevent COVID then I would take that trade…
Standing on the other side, I think I might want to change that decision…
Oh crap.

We have a certain physician here, that recommends beer.
Seems like good advice. You know, doctors know medicine and stuff...

Sorry to hear that. How much did you take per day? I thought this could only happen with extreme doses...

I think I’m one of those lucky few that are highly susceptible. I had one about 8-10 years ago that fortunately only affected me one day (but what a day…). I thought I had one a couple years back but in the end it was diagnosed as dehydration. I thought maybe I was dehydrated again when the symptoms started and have increased my daily water ALOT but the situation has not improved. Going to the doctor on Monday.

I was going to say that, but alcohol can dehydrate you as well as being a nice diuretic. I suppose if you drink enough, though...

What about "near beer" - the de-alcoholized beverage. Same as beer; actually some of the European and local craft brewery near beers are actually quite good.

16 oz of water for every beer should suffice for hydrating, no?
