A lot of these were hard to judge. For example, you would be hard pressed to find something worse for you than food from Starbucks. And I'm not into 4,000-calorie "beverages." But you can get an average cup of coffee there if you work hard at interpreting the menu, so that's what I went with. Pretty much the same with au bon pain.

About Burger King: Forgettable, yes, but their hot fresh onion rings are just so dandy.

I haven't had most of these, but White Castle in good makes me raise my eyebrow very aggressively.

Hard list to make, like I said!

I've been to some Five Guys in PA. Holy CRAP it was awful.

DC Five Guys? Awesome. Everywhere else Five Guys? Dice roll/terribad.

There's a Five Guys in my neighborhood. It was...okay. Nothing I'd go out of my way for.

It was an adequate burger (and the fries were way too salty).

I really didn’t understand how little fast food I eat until I looked at the huge list of fast food here and trying to think about the last time I was at any of them. Just wondering how I avoided the gauntlet, I’m not even a classic healthy food eater but maybe better than I thought.

I averaged out the spectrum of Five Guys experience and excluded food and most of the drinks from Starbucks.

There are some "bad" foods that are good, when you need them. White Castle belongs in that group.

                                Taco Bell does not.

@george-k I kinda just went off it. That was probably assisted by my recognizing how ghastly it was nutritionally.
