Doing a Wild Fork 3 lb picanha (rump cap, etc). Was going to smoke it outside but it's pouring rain so slow roasting it is. Silver Queen corn picked this morning, green salad.

Sounds great Mik. I went to a Brazilian steakhouse last weekend. Picanha was my favorite.
Brazilian steakhouses are great. Just doing this one with salt, pepper, olive oil and lime juice. Keep it simple.
Of course the rain has stopped and it's gorgeous outside now that it's too late to smoke it.
