Product Safety Recall, Amazon.com, and China-made Unsafe Products

The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CSPC) is suing Amazon.com for not doing enough to handle the recall of unsafe products. Special callouts for some products imported from China that are practically sold only on Amazon.com. The manufacturers are outside of US jurisdictions so the CPSC cannot get to them directly.
