Elon Musk threaten to move Tesla factory and unspecified “future programs” from California to Texas or Nevada because a California country won’t let the Tesla factory resume production in the middle of the pandemic.

Bluster. But I don't know what the working conditions are at the plant in Fremont and how close together workers are.

It would seem to me HVAC could be a major factor in making many places safer. If it could be made to draw upwards that would be less of a risk than a sideways flow.

And that’s the conundrum we face. We can’t remain shut down and we can’t just open it up wide.
