As much as I can see the difficulties therein, the Constitution says what it says, just like with the 2nd Amendment. If you want to change it and think you can get the states to go along with it, have at it.

I'd say this court is quite principled.

Gorsuch dissents but specifically says visitors babies shouldn’t get citizenship though illegal aliens babies should Not sure where he finds the constitutional basis for that distinction.
