But I haven’t thought enough of the implications to oppose it strongly. I also don’t know how much of an impediment it is to companies going public. Seems to me that companies automate most of the reporting anyway and once you’ve done that the extra effort for 4x a year rather than 2x probably isn’t that big a deal.
