From the blackberry I went to iPhone 4S->7->11->15.

Eventually I got a Blackberry Storm (iPhone-ish) and I think briefly an Android before I jumped over to the iPhone 4. I think I made the move after seeing my brother take a photo with his iPhone and the insanely good quality jump.

Sadly, I didn't keep my early phones... kind of regret tossing them, would be fun to show the kids eventually.
