<![CDATA[The blade makes a difference]]>So I'm installing slatwall in my garage. The panels are 90% PVC and 10% aluminum strip (for strength when hanging things). Anyway, I was using a circular saw blade that had 40 teeth on it, but I switched to a 54 teeth blade and it's remarkable how much that made a difference, primarily with the decrease in any splintering of PVC pieces.

That is all. Choose the right blade.
