Trump does. Vance, not so much. You might disagree, but I really don't think Vance had much to do with Trump getting elected. His last VP was much the same. I honestly can't remember his name as a write this, which says something....

I could point out that charisma obviously isn't necessarily a good thing. A trawl through the history books can teach us that.

Vance/Rubio to me seems like the obvious choice, almost a foregone conclusion.

I'm not sure I would say Vance has charisma, but he's much more eloquent and able to defend a position than Trump.
